So we have been without water since Saturday afternoon. Thankfully Brady was nice enough to let me come over and shower and wash some essentials. Linda (roommate) was at Sam's club and got 6 gallons of water to help us through. Now we are almost out of water but thankfully the landlord showed up a little while ago to fix the pipe. No guarantees that that is the only break though.
And no, I am not playing hookie today. I started feeling sick yesterday and decided to call in and take a trip to the doc before my throat got too disgusting. He got me all fixed up with a steroid shot (now I get to fight weight gain) and some allergy meds to help with the rest. Yay. I'm just glad I got in at all, and it was first thing this morning. Woohoo!
We are contemplating moving soon also. We are really tired of this place and how crappy it is. I have learned my lesson (hopefully) about taking the first thing that is available. Now we need to look around to see what else there is. Not sure I want to take the expense though, especially when (positive thinking/speaking) I get a job back home and move this summer. :)
More later.
Lots of Love!

What a drag!!! Has it warmed up any? We had a frozen pipe too, so I feel your pain. I would love for you to feel sorry for me because I come back from the tropics to this FREEZE! But, I think you have it way worse than me. :)
It started warming up some on Sunday...but we still have really slow running water (aka partially frozen pipes) and RIDICULOUSLY slow moving drains. However, I got to take a bath in my tub tonight so that was nice...first time since Saturday night. (Don't worry, I bathed at friends' houses...I didn't just go dirty that long.) lol
And no, I don't feel sorry for you. lol There were no tropics for me, so no! lol
Love you!
