#2 - Describe 3 legitimate fears you have and explain how they became fears

Honestly, I can't say any of my fears are legit...
Take for instance, my fear of deep water. (ridiculous fear #1) I'm not afraid I'll drown. I'm not afraid I'll get swept away by the current (most of the time.) I'm afraid of what else might be in the water that I can't see....until it is too late.

Thank you, Zach for making me watch Jaws AND Piranha.

Ridiculous Fear #2...being attacked while vacuuming. Again, thanks Zach. I don't even know what the name of the movie was...but somebody was vacuuming in front of the fireplace and some "invisible" Predator-like wolf came down the chimney(?) and attacked. I have no idea and I can't seem to find any evidence such a movie exists. All I know is that from around the age of 10 I always kept an eye on the fireplace and stopped the vacuum frequently to make sure I didn't hear any suspicious noises.

Ridiculous Fear #3 - Something under my bed. Given, now that I live alone, this no longer bothers me. But when Zach and I still lived at home...this was a constant worry. But not unfounded. Zach would frequently hide under my bed and wait until I walked by to reach out and grab me by the ankle and start pulling. And something I never understood is how he knew when I had stopped checking after the latest attack, and would wait until then to crawl back under the bed and strike again....

I'm sure there are others...and since they all seem to be caused by my brother, I think I'll go have a little chat with him about his constant torturing of me during our childhood years. :p
