Here it is...Thursday, and I'm just now writing about my Spring Break. I need to get on top of this blogging thing! I didn't do anything fancy for Spring Break, but I went home and had the best time. As always, I did not want to leave...and actually stayed an extra day!
My friends Megan and Aaron and I spent a lot of time hiking last week. I think I probably hiked 20 miles! I had so much fun. We were hiking some well known trails, and some not-so-well known in the search for waterfalls. Arkansas, it turns out, has a LOT of waterfalls. I will post pics if I can, but you can check them out on my facebook page if not! And no, I didn't get sore at all! Amazing! And even though it rained nearly every day, it always waited until we were in the car or very near to it! God is good! His creation is absolutely amazing and wonderful. All of the rain kept the waterfalls flowing full blast and made for some excellent photo ops along with the budding greenery!
I got to spend a lot of time with my friends and some with my parents...they are busy people! I miss being home already! On Sunday I heard about a possible job opening at Dover, my alma matter. I took Monday off and went to talk to the principal, who was the vp when I went to school there. We had an informal interview that went really well. There is no official news or anything to get excited about, but I do want to ask for your prayers, because I may have an opportunity to come home! Not only come home, but teach the middle school level that I have always wanted! I know that God is in control of whatever happens, and I am happy to be where he wants me to...I just hope that it is at home! :)

Praying for you sweetpea! God is good, and you're right, He has control of everything. So don't waste time worrying about it!
Love you,
Aunt Petey :)
Hey Trice, I hear there are some GREAT volksmarch's in Germany! Next time you get the itch to hike, come on over! (PS Good luck with the job. We're pulling for ya!) -Aunt Joyce.
We will keep our fingers crossed for that job!
